Choose a specific client problem
Write down the clients you serve and the problem you solve. “Shopify migration for growing retailers” explains more than “full-service excellence”. Only name specialisms your team actually delivers.
Publish a case study with context
Explain the initial problem, scope, your contribution and the result. Separate measured results from estimates. Name the measurement period and obtain permission before publishing client names or confidential figures. If there is no measured outcome, describe the work without inventing a percentage.
Make your website easy to act on
Show your services, selected work and a working contact method. State whether you are remote, where you work and which languages you support. Test the form and reply process yourself before inviting traffic.
Maintain a few relevant profiles
Add or claim a free agency profile here, then keep the same business facts consistent across the channels you actually use. A complete, current profile is more useful than dozens of abandoned registrations. It buys no preference in our lists.
Contribute where clients ask questions
Share useful answers and relevant work in communities whose rules allow it. Disclose your connection when mentioning your agency or a platform. Repeated promotional replies and unsolicited bulk messages are not a substitute for useful participation.
Measure enquiries, not just views
Ask new contacts how they found you and record qualified enquiries and won projects. Referral data can be incomplete, and your own visits inflate page views. Compare a consistent period before deciding which channel deserves more effort.
