Replace broad claims with useful detail
State your services, typical projects and working arrangements. Instead of “we do everything”, describe what your team can deliver and link to relevant examples. Do not list categories simply to appear in more searches.
Explain your role in client work
For each permitted reference, explain what you actually delivered and when. Serving one division does not mean being the global agency of record. A recognisable logo alone does not demonstrate scope, budget or results.
Treat business figures as declarations
Use honest employee or revenue ranges where appropriate and keep them current. Do not guess missing figures. Large teams are not automatically a better fit; clients should assess their own needs.
Keep external reviews independent
Provide the correct Google Maps listing when applicable. Do not type a claimed Google score or review count into your description as though this platform verified it. External metrics require source checks; unavailable ratings should remain unavailable.
Separate ownership from quality
Email verification and ownership review protect who can manage a profile. They do not establish that all claims are true or that an agency is recommended. No payment can obtain preferential verification or a better place in the directory.
Keep a correction path open
Review your profile after major changes, remove outdated links and respond to correction requests. Use the same account email to submit edits. If an incorrect record cannot be claimed, contact support with evidence rather than creating another version.
